• Unzip the previously downloaded "tc extDir.exe" to Total Commander's folder (you can put it in a subdir inside TC's folder, if you'd like to), then open Total Commander's Configuration/Options window, and add a new usercmd - which will be activated on F7 or Shift + F7 hotkey - with the name "em_extDir", and point it to "{the_path_to_your_totalcommander}\tc extDir.exe".

That's all, now you can use the utility.
